London Branch information – FSNA London (Branch 40) meets eight times a year (September to November and January to May) on the third Wednesday of those months, at 2:00 p.m. on the third floor of the Duchess of Kent Legion Hall, located at 499 Hill Street in London. Lots of parking is available on the north and south sides of the building. Meetings usually consist of a business session, a guest speaker, and a social period with refreshments provided. The Christmas meeting, which takes place on the last Wednesday in November, and the Annual General Meeting is set for the last Wednesday in April, at which time elections for the executive take place. Both these meetings may include dinner and some special entertainment for which a reasonable fee may be charged.

Members in hospital – If you know of an FSNA member, or have a spouse or partner, who is seriously ill, in hospital or scheduled to be admitted to hospital, please remember to contact Elizabeth Cuddy who is the branch Wellness and Visitation chairperson. You can contact Elizabeth at 519-657-1939. Please do so as soon as you learn of a member, spouse or partner in declining health so that Elizabeth can make contact with them.

Getting the word out - We want to tell both working and recently retired members of the Public Service, the Military, and the RCMP about what the FSNA has to offer, by placing information pamphlets in all the federal offices in and around London. You can help by letting us know where the offices are located, and the name of a contact person we can call. Just telephone us at 519-439-3762, and we'll do the rest!

FSNA News by email - If you or a family member have a computer - you may want to take advantage of our email service to members. Branch members may now receive their monthly notice of General Meetings and other important events by email rather than by telephone.
